i think this is awesome … as a teacher, and haiku lover, i recently realised that ceelo green’s “fuck you” can be written as a haiku.

what is a haiku? a haiku is a japanese poem which has three lines following a strict pattern. the lines must have a 5-7-5 syllable pattern. traditionally, haikus have a “kigo” which is a word or reference to the seasons (spring, summer, winter, autumn) but many contemporary haiku writers choose not to include a kigo in their poems.
